Andy Xu, appointed by Beijing Tourism Group as the Deputy General Manager (Development) of Key International Hotel Management Co. Ltd.

Ilja Poepper is Regional Vice President Sales & Marketing – Greater China & Mongolia. In his role, Ilja sharpens our business development and drives the positioning and performance for both Kempinski and NUO Hotels in Greater China & Mongolia.

Patrick Liu, regional director of Finance, a seasoned financial expert with an international background and degrees from esteemed US institutions including Cornell University where he specialized in Real Estate Finance & Investment, also holds both Chinese Intermediate Accounting and Australian CPA certifications.

Rina Ren Regional Director of Human Resources Greater China & Mongolia, works closely with the corporate, regional and hotel leadership teams and will head the HR Function to ensure the execution of the Kempinski people strategy in Greater China & Mongolia.

Prior to joining Key International in February 2006, Haihong 13 years experience in Maintenance and Engineering including being a M&E Consultant in major commercial buildings.

Responsible for overseeing the development of Kempinski & Bristoria Hotels in Greater China, as well as NUO Hotels worldwide, Mr. Michael Wang brings a wealth of experience to his role at KEY International Hotels Management Company Limited.

Peggy joined Key in Jul 2020 and originally started her career with Kempinski in 1992 where she ended as the Front Office Manager for eight years with Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center.

Kerwin joined Key International in June 2011 as our Regional Director of Information Technology. Kerwin’s career included several years with IHG in various property-level roles within Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn and InternContinental.

Lisa is responsible for an array of important functions. She serves as the axis that keeps organizations, board directors, and executives on track and in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
