Prior to joining Key International in February 2006, Haihong 13 years experience in Maintenance and Engineering including being a M&E Consultant in major commercial buildings. He holds a Master of Engineering Management from University of Technology Sydney and Bachelor of HVAC from Qingdao University of Technology.
Haihong leads the Regional engineering team, providing technical services for all new projects as well as ensuring world class standards and maintenance for the Key-Managed portfolio.
He is also a valuable member of our Development Team assisting with early project stages including space allocation and the overall property planning process to ensure the Kempinski & NUO design and construction standards are met and new property construction quality meets our luxury requirements.
At property level, Haihong oversees the operation of the China and Southeast Asia engineering departments and ensures maintenance, energy saving and utilities management is optimised for all operating hotels.
