Peggy joined Key in Jul 2010 and originally started her career with Kempinski in 1992 where she ended as the Front Office Manager for eight years with Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center. Peggy brings her expert level knowledge of Kempinski culture and operation systems to the Key International team and is also the region’s GHA Champion and Master Trainer of our Essential Front Office systems.
Peggy focuses on transferring the Kempinski Training know-how and tools to the field, Developing qualified trainers to support hotel operation, quality delivery and Kempinski people development strategy.
