Kempinski service is original, genuine and elegant and our hotel is very beautiful, but I think the best part of our hotel is the people who work there. Each of them is unique with different talents.

I feel proud working and growing with Kempinski where team members are sharing our 5 DNAs all over the world regardless of nationality, regardless the position, regardless the language. I was very honored to have several opportunities for cross-exposure in sister hotels in different continents which involved a lot of idea exchanges, sharing of best practices and new learnings.

My Kempinski career started on August 10, 2009 and I am now the General Manager. Over the past 11 years, Kempinski has given me opportunities, recognition, encouragement and enlightenment. As a member of the Executive Committee, I participated in three hotel pre-opening, which is the most unforgettable thing in my career.

I have grown my career with Kempinski and Key International in this Region over the last decade. Coming to a foreign country at the beginning of your career is certainly a unique adventure but not an easy decision to make.

From the very beginning it has been the very special people I have worked with and the great level of support they have extended to me even through very demanding periods of growth and expansion that has helped ensure a feeling of great achievement during my 10 years with the company.

It has been both rewarding and challenging, but I am now a strong believer that we are only able to learn and grow when we move out of our comfort zone.

I am now in the privileged position where I can give my support and expertise to our future talent, and I believe this privilege to be the true measure of success in our careers.
